Destination Clubs are based around members sharing a portfolio of fully-furnished, multi-bedroom residences around the world.
Members usually pay an upfront deposit and an annual fee for exclusive access to a multitude of properties which can be a mixture of holiday beach, ski and city residences. The majority of Clubs have a comprehensive online booking system which allows members to select suitable holiday periods.
Private Residence Clubs are a relatively new concept building on the membership model, but also offering equity shares for members to benefit from the predicted increase in property values.
