Canadian fractional resort in the running for customer satisfaction award
Copper Point Resort, a fractional ownership development in Invermere, British Columbia, has been named Silver Finalist by the 2011 Canadian Home Builders’ Association of Central Okanagan (CHBA-CO) Tommie Awards.
The resort picked up two nominations for the second year in a row, and was recognised for both Excellence in Customer Service and Builder and Excellence in Sales Team in New Home Construction.
"Customer satisfaction is the key element to any company’s success" said Rohit Gupta, CFO of developer Rohit Group of Companies. "We always strive for a superior level of service beyond the initial buying experience, and this is a true testament to that."
Copper Point Resort received nine Silver nominations and three Gold wins from the Kelowna-based Tommie Awards last year for its ‘Five Star Camping Redefined’ marketing campaign. The resort will discover if more statues will be added to its sales centre on January 28, 2012 when this year’s Gold winners are announced at the Tommie Awards Gala.
