Free dues for a year for new Tucker's Point owners
The Tucker's Point resort in Bermuda has launched an introductory offer for new fractional buyers.
Fractional buyers who sign on the dotted line before September 15 2012, for fractional ownership at the Tucker's Point private residence clubs will have their maintenance fees and dues waived for the first year.
Partial ownerships, which start at US$199,500, offer a five-week deeded ownership in two-, three- or four-bedroom villas in Harbour Court, on the water's edge of Castle Harbour; as well as the Golf Villas, which provide views of the golf course.
The resort, which includes a hotel, golf club and residential community covers 200 acres of Bermuda's waterfront. The private Tucker's Point Club includes a championship golf course and clubhouse, lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and a spectacular beach club with Bermuda's largest private, pink-sand beach.
"This is one of our most significant offers to date," said Tom Sleeter, director of sales and marketing for Tucker's Point. "In addition to flexible access to the residence throughout the year and membership to our Club, owners may exchange privileges to an elite group of Residence Clubs in the US, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe."
