North Carolina fractional private residence club launched
The Preserve at Rock Creek, a second home community on the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau in North Carolina, has announced the launch and opening of The Rock Creek Club, a luxury private residence club within the community.
The fractional PRC offering consists of 1/6th deeded shares of furnished three- and four-bedroom mountain villas and chalets situated along a ridgeline at more than 4,200 feet, making it the highest private residence club east of Aspen. Each property is on a five acre plot.
“After researching the success of private residence clubs in other elite mountain destinations such as Aspen, Vail, Park City and Jackson Hole, a private residence club made perfect sense for the Preserve at Rock Creek and the Cashiers-Highlands area “ said Tim Bright, owner and developer of the Preserve at Rock Creek.
Owners will have full membership to the Burlingame Country Club directly across from the Preserve, with its 18-hole championship golf course, two restaurants and bar, tennis courts, gym and swimming pool.
Residence club owners also benefit from a concierge service providing restaurant and tour reservations, transportation, pre-arrival grocery shopping, andcustom adventure experiences such as fly-fishing and hiking tours.
Prices start at US$259,000 for the four-bedroom units. Ownership interests can be sold by owner, willed, deeded or placed in a trust.
